放一袋茶包在杯中，用250毫升开水冲泡5分钟后饮用。每天饮用一包，可加水冲饮2次。饭后饮用。
Add 250ml of the boiling water to the tea bag in a cup. Brew for 5 minutes and the tea is ready to be drink. 1 tea bag to be take 2 times daily. Taken after meal.
