Crafted from 100% Gamay grapes and certified organic by ECOCERT SAS F.32600.
Terroir: Premier Cru vineyards of Toucheronde and Rouère. The soil is composed of a variety of pebbles (flint, stairs, sponge, etc.), ensuring rapid warming of the environment.
Harvest: Manual, in small crates to preserve the integrity of the grapes in the vats.
Vinification: Whole bunches, carbonic maceration. Fermentation lasts 8 to 10 days at controlled temperature. Aging in large barrels for 6 months.
