月山虎屋酒厂座落于樱桃产量全国第一的山形县，山形中央，海拔１９８０米的月山山麓处的西川町，为四周环山的盆地，由于四季分明，昼夜温差悬殊，所以这里一年四季均可生产高品质的农作物。自创业以来，月山虎屋酒厂一直坚持使用山形县产水果酿造葡萄酒。月山虎屋酒厂拥有自家农园以及签约种植农园，仅用山形县产的精选葡萄，一瓶一瓶精心酿造，对葡萄质量严格把关，全力打造山形特色葡萄酒。月山虎屋酒庄尊循“酒与风土是一体”之理念，全部使用当地原材料造酒。不使用进口葡萄酒，不使用进口果汁，只使用本地的生鲜葡萄和水果。公司的自家农园和八家签约葡萄园联合组成「叶月会」，定期举办栽培研修会，现场研习会，通过栽培技术指导对果树实施科学管理，从而培育出糖分高，品质优良的葡萄。
Tsukiyama Toraoya Winery is located in Nishikawa Town, at the foot of Mount Tsukiyama, which is 1,980 meters above sea level in Yamagata Prefecture, the central part of Yamagata Prefecture, and the prefecture that produces the most cherries in Japan. It is a basin surrounded by mountains on all sides. Due to the distinct four seasons and the large difference in temperature between day and night, high-quality agricultural products can be produced here all year round. Since its establishment, Tsukiyama Toraoya Winery has been using fruits produced in Yamagata Prefecture to make wine. Tsukiyama Toraoya Winery has its own farm and contracted farms, and only uses carefully selected grapes produced in Yamagata Prefecture to make wine bottle by bottle. It strictly controls the quality of grapes and strives to create Yamagata-style wine. Tsukiyama Toraoya Winery follows the philosophy that "wine and terroir are one" and uses only local ingredients to make wine. It does not use imported wine or imported juice, but only uses local fresh grapes and fruits. The company's own farm and eight contracted vineyards form the "Hagetsukai" together, and regularly hold cultivation training sessions and on-site seminars. Through cultivation technology guidance, the fruit trees are scientifically managed to cultivate grapes with high sugar content and excellent quality.
[品种 Varieties]
This is a relatively rare Japanese sweet red wine made from 100% Black Queen grapes grown under contract in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture. It is harvested late and vinified, and has the bright deep red color characteristic of Black Queen grapes.
一种略显稀有的日本甜红葡萄酒，100%采用在山形县天童市签约种植的黑皇后葡萄，以晚摘的方式收成并酿制而成，具有黑皇后独有的明亮深红色酒体。
