传统二锅头工艺源自清代烧酒坊“源升号”,赵氏三兄弟于1680年在北京前门大街创办,蒸酒时所用冷却器称为天锅,放入第一锅和第三锅冷水冷却流出的酒分别称为“酒头”和“酒尾”,唯有放入第二锅冷水冷却流出的“酒身”口味最为甜净醇和,因此而得“二锅头酒工艺”。红星牌珍品古钟二锅头酒历史悠久、工艺考究、以高粱为原料,用大麦、豌豆制成大曲,辅多种微生物为糖化发酵剂,经长期发酵,缓慢蒸馏,取之精华,精心调配而成。以其独特的风格,深受中外各界朋友的青睐。
