[服用方法 Instruction]

鱼片腌制:将1.5kg左右的鱼片洗净,加入腌鱼包和10g料酒,用手轻轻抓均,使鱼片去腥、鲜滑。 炒制汤底:在锅中加入食用油50-100g烧熟。放入酸菜包中的酸菜炒均出香,再加入鱼骨、鱼头进行翻炒,加入沸水1.5-1.7kg煮制,倒入调料包,再次煮沸。 煮制鱼片:将腌制好的鱼片一片一片放入锅中,再次煮沸后,煮制3-5分钟即可起锅装盘。
