独产于贵州省仁怀市茅台镇河畔,原料为当地出产的有机高粱和小麦。是世界着名三大蒸馏名酒之一,是中国大曲酱香型白酒的鼻祖和典型代表,其酿造工艺列入中国首批非物质文化遗产名录,是绿色食品、有机食品、地理标志保护产品。
Exclusively produced in Maotai Town, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province. The raw materials are organic sorghum and wheat which produced locally. It is one of the worlds three famous distilled wines and the originator and typical representative of Chinas Daqu sauce-flavor liquor. Its brewing process is included in Chinas first batch of intangible cultural heritage lists. It is a product of green food, organic food, and geographical indication protection.

酒质醇香、棉柔顺滑,回味悠长。它的酱香突出,层次丰富。融合烘培香、花香、果香、甜香、干植物香、酸香等,空杯留香持久。
Reminiscent of no other, its taste and aroma includes tropical fruits and pear, smoky nuts and sweet plums. Clear in colour like water but powerful and complex in flavours. It has very floral and perfume like aromas with hints of pineapple, guava and kiwi fruit on the nose. Smoky note in the mid palate tropical fruits, white flowers and hints of herbaceous combined for a long finish.
