~ 西阵织 ~
所谓的西阵织,就是「在京都所生产多品种少量的先染纹致物」,这种织物最大的特色就是柔软且触感柔细。
在此地发展的西阵织现今不单是在京都,已经可以说是日本最具代表性的绢织物,而且享誉闻名全世界。在西阵织上不需也无法再加工缝织。如同这样的传说来表示西阵织极高的技术,不仅仅如此,它所拥有的各种技法所织出的图案也是极具魅力特色。
