Da Qu Niang, brewing process combines three different types of Qu: Qing Cha Qu, Hong Xin Qu, and Hou Huo Qu, to make the liquor have both aroma and full taste.Qing Cha Qu has high glucoamylase activity and plays a fundamental role in fermenting grain into liquor, resulting in a clear and fragrant liquor body. Hong Xin Qu has strong esterification capabilities, producing a richer floral and fruity aroma. Hou Huo Qu is cultivated at relatively high temperatures, giving the liquor a full-bodied taste.
Bottle Cap - The cap is embossed with a metallic "Da Qu Niang" to enhance the product's premium feel. A QR code is printed on the top to facilitate product traceability and anti-counterfeiting.
