传统二锅头工艺源自清代烧酒坊“源升号”,赵氏三兄弟于1680年在北京前门大街创办。大麦、豌豆为原料制成的低温大曲为糖化发酵剂,采用清蒸清烧老五甑或清蒸二次清固态发酵工艺,在蒸馏之时低温流酒,掐头去尾,看花摘酒,再经陶坛贮存,精心陈酿,方成值得细品的红心二锅头。这一瓶从北京传统文化中走出的佳酿期里红星所传承的国家级遗二锅头技艺融入清蒸清烧,清蒸二次清工艺于陶坛中蕴养漫长时光酒体陈香清雅复合,醇厚绵甜,回味悠长。其表:北京八百年建都史所凝结的雍容华贵珐琅彩和掐丝工艺效果印刻富贵牡丹纹饰,吉祥蝙蝠纹饰和寓意生生不息的缠枝莲纹于其上。
酒瓶盖–以浮雕的祥龙戏珠为图案装饰。龙首威武,须发皆张,龙身后半部分隐现于云雾中,身躯盘旋,形体粗壮,四肢强建。透露出宫廷皇家之气,富丽堂皇。酒瓶-瓶身包裹珐琅彩纹饰,瓶肩处的咖金纹样装饰,颜色上与宝蓝色瓶身形成对比,纹样上与瓶身形成呼应。从而使整体装饰效果更佳沉稳厚重。
酒盒-主装饰纹样选用中国传统花卉纹样–牡丹纹,雍容华贵。花纹定制全息立体印刷,搭配立体烫金线勾勒图案,更显精致。
The traditional Er Guo Tou craft originates from the "Yuanshenghao" distillery, founded by the Zhao brothers on Qianmen Street in Beijing in 1680 during the Qing Dynasty. Using low-temperature Daqu made from barley and peas as a fermenting agent, the liquor is produced through a process involving steamed and distilled. During distillation, the liquor is extracted at a low temperature, with the “liquor head” and “ liquor tail” removed, and only the best portion selected. After being aged, it is meticulously brewed into Er Guo Tou.
Bottle Cap - The cap is decorated with an embossed design of a dragon playing with a pearl. This design exudes a sense of imperial grandeur and opulence. Bottle - The body of the bottle is wrapped with enamel patterns, and the shoulders of the bottle are decorated with gold patterns. The color contrasts with the sapphire blue bottle body, enhancing the overall effect. Box - The primary decorative pattern features a traditional Chinese floral motif—the peony, symbolizing elegance and nobility. The pattern is custom-made with holographic three-dimensional printing with hot stamping gold lines to outline the pattern, making it more refined.
