[成份 Ingredients]

龙胆草、豆蔻、当归、肉桂、小茴香、艾叶、柠檬草蜂香。
Radix Gentiana Scabra, Fructus Amonum Cardamomum, Radix Angelica Sinensis, Cortex Cinnamomum Cassia, Fruxtus Foeniculum Vulgare, Folium Artemisiae Argyi, Lemon Balm Herb

[服用方法 Instruction]

饭后喝睡前服用。每日2次，每次30ml-50ml。
Each time 3-5 tablespoons (30ml-50ml) twice daily. To be taken after meals and before sleep.
